If you’ve ever been to Red Rabbit, the Italian pizza and oysters restaurant from the team at Red Cow and Chef Todd MacDonald, you were just as happy as I was to learn they were launching brunch service.
I have exactly zero criticisms. Red Rabbit is crushing it. My breakfast bowl (pictured above) was excellent, with lots of simple yet well done components coming together to form a perfect whole (that said, the crispy lentils were the best part).
Simple but well done seems to be the true theme at Red Rabbit. Everything from the drinks to the Porchetta Sandwich is unfussy yet expertly crafted.
Bonus pro-tip, it doesn’t get busy until 10:30/11am. Get up a little earlier and get rewarded with one of the best new brunches in town.
